DNA Six-Month Buying Plan

Product Assortments & Master Marketing Plan

Developed a comprehensive six-month buying plan for DNA, an e-commerce, multi-brand retailer based in Atlanta, GA. With my partner, selected Maison Margiela and Gucci as the initial brands for the store. I took the lead in creating detailed buying plans, product assortments for Spring 2023, conducting market and trend research, designing the DNA logo, and developing the master marketing plan with monthly strategies, mockups, and budget sheets.
